Egg bhurji

INGREDIENTS
  • Egg - 4
  • Onion - 2 [ chopped ]
  • Green chilly - 3 [ chopped ]
  • Capsicum - 1 [ diced ]
  • Ginger - 2 inch [ chopped ]
  • Red chilly powder - 1tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1tsp
  • Hing - A pinch
  • Pav bhaji masala - As needed
  • Salt - As needed
  • Oil/ghee - 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves
  • Jeera - 1tsp
  • Butter
METHOD

Wisk the eggs gently with a spoon, keep aside. In a pan add oil/ghee, add jeera ,chopped onions ,hing ,green chilly ,capsicum ,and ginger. Saute for about 5-10 minutes. Now we have to add butter,pav bhaji masala ,red chilly powder ,turmeric powder and salt as per taste. Lastly add slightly beaten eggs and keep wisking them until cooked. Top it up with butter ,garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve it hot with bread,chapathi or naan. Have a good day :)
