INGREDIENTS
- Onion - 1 [ chopped ]
- Tomato - 2 [ chopped ]
- Green chilly - 2 [ chopped ]
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Kitchen king masala - 1 tsp
- Semiya - 1 cup [ roasted n boiled ]
- Oil/ghee - 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves
- Salt - As needed
In a hot pan add oil/ghee, saute onion till its transparent. Now add tomato and green chilly. When it is cooked well add turmeric powder ,chilly powder ,kitchen king masala and salt as per taste. Add the roasted and boiled semiya [ boiled in 2 cups of water and strained ], mix well with the masala . Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot . Have a gud day :)
EXTRAS
- For better taste , if you have, add chicken cube.
- Add shredded chicken fry or chicken tikka [ leftovers ] ,if you have. It will add more taste to it.
- For vegetarians, you can add chopped vegetables [ carrot, beans etc ] .
