Home made chicken sandwich

INGREDIENTS
  • Boneless chicken [cooked with 1/2tsp crushed pepper ,salt and water] - 1 cup
  • Onion - 1 
  • Green chilly - 3
  • Mayonnaise - 3tbsp
  • Bread - 6 slices
  • Salt - As needed
METHOD

Mince together cooked chicken ,onion and green chilly in a blender. Now transfer this mixture to a bowl ,add mayonnaise to it . Mix well and make it to a paste form . Apply on bread slices . Ready to serve. Enjoy :)

EXTRAS
  • Prepare filling one day before and keep in refrigerator.

Easy spicy semiya

INGREDIENTS
  • Onion - 1 [ chopped ]
  • Tomato - 2 [ chopped ]
  • Green chilly - 2 [ chopped ]
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Kitchen king masala - 1 tsp
  • Semiya - 1 cup [ roasted n boiled ]
  • Oil/ghee - 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt - As needed
METHOD

In a hot pan add oil/ghee, saute onion till its transparent. Now add tomato and green chilly. When it is cooked well add turmeric powder ,chilly powder ,kitchen king masala and salt as per taste. Add the roasted  and boiled semiya [ boiled in 2 cups of water and strained ], mix well with the masala . Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot . Have a gud day :)

EXTRAS
  • For better taste , if you have, add chicken cube.
  • Add shredded chicken fry or chicken tikka [ leftovers ] ,if you have. It will add more taste to it.
  • For vegetarians, you can add chopped vegetables [ carrot, beans etc ] .

Egg bhurji

INGREDIENTS
  • Egg - 4
  • Onion - 2 [ chopped ]
  • Green chilly - 3 [ chopped ]
  • Capsicum - 1 [ diced ]
  • Ginger - 2 inch [ chopped ]
  • Red chilly powder - 1tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1tsp
  • Hing - A pinch
  • Pav bhaji masala - As needed
  • Salt - As needed
  • Oil/ghee - 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves
  • Jeera - 1tsp
  • Butter
METHOD

Wisk the eggs gently with a spoon, keep aside. In a pan add oil/ghee, add jeera ,chopped onions ,hing ,green chilly ,capsicum ,and ginger. Saute for about 5-10 minutes. Now we have to add butter,pav bhaji masala ,red chilly powder ,turmeric powder and salt as per taste. Lastly add slightly beaten eggs and keep wisking them until cooked. Top it up with butter ,garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve it hot with bread,chapathi or naan. Have a good day :)

Chilly sausage

INGREDIENTS
  • Sausage - 3 [ cut to small pieces and shallow fried in oil ]
  • Onion - 1 [ diced ]
  • Capsicum - 1/2 [ diced ]
  • Tomato - 1 [ finely chopped ]
  • Green chilly - 2 [ finely chopped ]
  • Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp [ if you want it spicy add 1 tsp ]
  • Tomato sauce - 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise/ cheese -1 tsp 
  • Salt - As needed
  • Oil - As needed
METHOD
  • Heat pan with oil. Add onion saute till it's transparent. Then add capsicum,tomato and green chilly, saute for 5 minutes. Now add pepper powder, chilly powder, tomato sauce ,mayonnaise and salt. Cook until the oil separates from the gravy. And now we can add the fried sausages and mix it well. Cook in low flame for 10 minutes. Serve it hot with paratha ,naan or roti . Have a gud day :)
